I did exactly this for Learn Locus, the tutoring company I run with my husband Doug. Sessions get logged in a few taps, invoices build themselves from those sessions, and a new family is set up in about a minute — one private site, on our own domain, made to fit how we actually work. Nothing off the shelf did that, so I built the thing that did.
